Front Desk Coordinator Job Description:
FLSA Category: Non- Exempt
Reports To: Client Services Director(CSD) and Executive Director(ED)
Ministry Purpose: This position plays a significant role in achieving the mission of the center and, thus, has a ministry purpose.
Hours: 25.5 hours/week
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | 9:30am-6:00pm | Lunch 12-1
Salary: $16-$18/hour
Qualifications:
- Agrees with the center’s statement of faith, mission statement, and code of Christian conduct.
- Is dependable, stable, and capable of committing to this position’s responsibilities and duties.
- Expresses a desire to reach at-risk clients considering abortion.
- Believes in the sanctity of all human life from the moment of conception through natural death.
- Has a sincere, mature faith and can disciple those as needed.
- Holds high school diploma
- Relevant work experience in administration and management, preferably has experience working in a pregnancy center.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
Job Summary: The Front Desk Coordinator serves in a vital, client‑facing role by helping create a welcoming, Christ‑centered, and well‑organized environment for all who enter the center. This position encompasses a variety of front‑desk responsibilities, including client intake, scheduling, communication, and administrative support that directly impact the client’s experience.
As the “face” of the center and the first voice a client hears, the Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in offering hope, compassion, and dignity to individuals who may be facing unplanned pregnancy, fear, or uncertainty. Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional sensitivity, and a heart for ministry are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate reflects the love of Christ in every interaction and is committed to supporting the mission, values, and pro‑life beliefs of the pregnancy center.
Responsibilities:
- Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure the center is ready for daily operations and securely closed at the end of the day.
- Maintain the availability and cleanliness of snack areas for clients and staff.
- Ensure the center is clean and orderly, coordinating with volunteers as needed.

- Answer incoming calls, return messages promptly, and route calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Maintain and update the center’s online schedule, coordinating all client appointments and updating throughout the day as necessary.
- Client Data Entry as needed per CSD
- Regularly check the BrightCourse platform and respond to inquiries or updates.
- Reminder Calls – client follow up- utilize text option
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary materials. Stock/put away items upon arrival in office.
- Update and house Community Resource Information
- Send out cards for clients, board members, 1st birthdays etc.
- Manage the documentation and organization of in-kind donations.
- Handle all mail + stamp and copy all checks.
- This position may require occasional evening or weekend work.
- Regular interaction with clients, staff, and volunteers
- Proactively identify administrative, clerical, and operational tasks that need to be completed and take initiative to address them without direct instruction
- Adapt to changing priorities and respond appropriately to urgent or time‑sensitive tasks
