Reports To: Development Coordinator and Executive Director (ED)

Ministry Purpose: This position plays a significant role in achieving the mission of the center and, thus, has a ministry purpose.

Hours: 16-20 hours/week

  • Monday & Thursday | 9am-5:00pm | Lunch 12-1
  • Some evenings and weekends required for events.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Passion for the mission of Reach Out Pregnancy Center (ROPC)
  • Experience in graphic design (2+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency in Canva (advanced)
  • Experience designing for social media (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Agrees with the center’s statement of faith, mission statement, and code of Christian conduct.
  • Is dependable, stable, and capable of committing to this position’s responsibilities and duties.
  • Believes in the sanctity of all human life from the moment of conception through natural death.
  • Has a sincere, mature faith and can disciple those as needed.
  • Holds high school diploma
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred

  • Experience in nonprofit or ministry marketing
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite,)
  • Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Photography or light video editing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator supports the mission of the pregnancy center by creating visually compelling, mission-aligned materials that engage donors, clients, and the community. This role blends graphic design, digital content creation, and brand consistency across websites, newsletters, social media, and fundraising campaigns.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about using design to communicate hope, dignity, and life-affirming services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Design & Content Updates

  • Donor-Facing Website:
  • Design and maintain pages that clearly communicate mission, impact, and giving opportunities
  • Create landing pages for campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives
  • Use visual storytelling (photos, testimonials, data) to increase donor engagement
  • Optimize layout for ease of giving and strong call-to-action

2. Social Media (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Design branded graphics and visual content for Donor Facing Facebook and Instagram
  • Create posts that speak to:
  • Donors/Community: impact stories, statistics, event promotion
  • Develop:
    • Static posts
    • Carousels (educational or storytelling)
    • Event and campaign graphics
    • Maintain consistent visual identity across all posts
    • Adapt designs for platform-specific sizing and best practices
    • Assist in planning and organizing content calendars
  • Support campaigns with coordinated social media visuals

3. Campaign Design & Organization

  • Design cohesive visual assets for fundraising campaigns, including:
    • Donation landing pages
    • Social media graphics (FB/IG)
    • Print materials
    • Event branding (banquets, baby bottle campaigns, walks for life, etc.)
  • Ensure consistency across all campaign touchpoints
  • Help organize campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables

4. Monthly Newsletters (Donor & Community)

  • Design engaging email and/or print newsletters
  • Format stories, updates, and impact reports into visually appealing layouts
  • Create reusable templates for consistency
  • Collaborate on storytelling content (client stories, ministry updates, donor highlights)

5. Marketing & Promotional Materials

  • Create brochures, flyers, signage, and digital ads
  • Design social media-ready versions of print materials
  • Develop branded templates for internal staff use
  • Ensure all designs align with mission and messaging

6. Brand Management

  • Maintain consistent visual identity across websites, social media, and print
  • Apply brand guidelines (colors, typography, imagery, tone)
  • Ensure a compassionate, hope-filled, and professional brand presence
  • Organize and manage a library of images, templates, and assets
